They actually called me yesterday for a survey to see how the repairs went. I told them to give all categories a 0 rating. told me I couldn’t do that and that 1 was the lowest. Also told me that they had to ask all questions and couldn’t blanket response them. I was explaining my situation and he cut me off to ask another stupid question. I told him to stick his survey up his ass, which prompted him to hang up on me. Bitch.
