Now that I’ve finally bought Franz Ferdinand’s first album and have had time to play it to death, the question, like my cock in front of a screen full of porn, arises: Is this album worthy of the Deubt Album Pantheon? There are very few albums that have made the DAP. Appetite for Destruction comes to mind (even if Axl Rose is from Indiana), as does Boston’s first album. (By the way, I’ll always call them “albums,” even if that does take us back to the days of vinyl.) Unfortunately, in both cases, those albums were the best work the band ever did. Let’s hope FF can continue to rock on future releases. They need not be afraid to unleash the LSC. The security porpoises will protect them.

I do belive it does… along with Oasis’ Definitely Maybe, still my Best.Fucking.Debut.Album.Ever
Did your version come with the 5-track EP bonus CD? If so, get burning.

Yes, it did come with the bonus CD. I’ll be burning soon, yes.
Also, I agree. Definitely DAP. This must be what heroin is like because I can’t stop listening to it.

May FF not fall into Sophomore Slump. We don’t need any more bands that suck.
