For some reason, Chicago is displaying a billboard for it’s aquarium and it’s new ray display. Unfortunately, I think it looks a lot like a winged maxi pad.

I suppose it’s not as bad as London’s Olympic logo - it looks like Lisa Simpson performing fellatio.
